From the date of its opening, the library must run on its own ressources. In order especially to remunerate the local jobs created. In this view, Pandrata Circle association will work closely with the Study Circle association on an independant ressources production and gestion program, leading the local association towards a complete financial autonomy.
Pandrata Circle will support the library’s functioning during the first two years and will then become a simple partner.

Library jobs:
Remunerated (local):
          1) Reception, information, subscrition (1 post).
          2) Librarian aid : books classification, consultation help (1/2 posts).
          3) Security, maintenance (1/2 posts).
          4) Reading and writing teachers (vacations).

Volunteers:
          1) Cultural activities promotion assistant (workshops with schools, film screenings, exhibitions).
          2) Exterior relations, files and account manager.
          3) New books provision and monitoring.
          4) New technologies technician (library website creation).

Foreigner jobs:
          2 volunteers in charge of monitoring the project : organisation, gestion, construction, development, and functioning.

Une fois créée, la bibliothèque doit pouvoir fonctionner avec ses propres ressources, notamment afin de rétribuer les postes locaux créés. Pour ce faire, l'association Pandrata Circle travaillera avec l'association Study Circle sur un programme de production et de gestion de ressources indépendantes, menant l'association locale vers son autonomie financière.
Pandrata Circle s'engage ainsi à soutenir le fonctionnement de la bibliothèque pendant les deux premières années puis deviendra simple partenaire.
